Responsible to General Director for all the works of your functions and duties mentioned in the company if required. In details:
Grow our seafood business in new markets, assess new sales opportunities in close consultation with the head office in Europe
Based on sales orders, level of inventories on hand, Export manager in consultation with production team and quality team, to order raw materials, packaging materials to be ready for production and meet sales orders.
To keep track of invoices and other documents regarding the shipments and prepare the reports to expedite the billing process, complied the regulations of accounting.
Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the sales activities of the Company
Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of orders and outgoing containers
The order & shipment plan in close consultation with the Production – and Quality teams • The communication with the commercial team in Holland, forwarding agents/shipping lines within the given internal framework / instructions
The export & import documentation including all relevant documents required for the export & import
The contact with the authorities (Nafiqad/VCCI/Customs) for relevant related export documentation
The direct contact and required follow-up with/for sales offices, agents and final customers worldwide
The labelling requirements of customers in close consultation with the Production – and QA teams
Receiving international customers on location in Nam Dinh, guiding the customers around in a professional way so that they feel comfortable
To perform the interpretation in all the meetings in and outside the company, and translation of the documents of the company if required.
To supervise the staff members of export department, delegate them responsibilities and tasks and evaluate their performance, improve the level of staff knowledge and proficiency.
Perform other duties given directly by General Director

English speaking, 5 -6 years of working experience in Seafood/Food experience, Having experience in developing markets (Asia)
Mature, Customer-Oriented, Good Interpersonal Skills.
University Graduated
Age: 20 - 50
