Mô tả công việc
- Plan medium and long-term brand strategies to achieve annual and long-term goals (revenue, profit, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive plans for new and existing products, encompassing product positioning, pricing, communication, and marketing programs.
- Lead the implementation of the approved brand marketing plan.
- Monitor and manage the brand budget and profitability.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications: A university degree with a major in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics is preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar Brand Manager role at a multinational company, preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, or FMCG industries. Experience with Collagen products is especially desirable.
General Skills:
- Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Other Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and creative.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Clear understanding of consumer-driven marketing and strong analytical skills.
