Mô tả công việc

Case Management. Handle students’ application process which includes compiling schools; requirements, creating application accounts, submitting students; information, and coordinating schedules.
Operational Support. Data collection, document verification, test registration, info- sessions & interviews registration, application submission, school enrollment, and visa application
Administrative Work. Conduct general research, evaluate the collected information to draw conclusive analysis.
Events Support. Assist in organizing Sesameed;s annual school fairs and regular seminars, which includes procuring collaterals, tracking registration records, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Customer Service. Manage company;s email and whatsapp lines, respond to clients; inquiries in a timely manner, document and improve process flow.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education. Diploma with working experience or bachelor's degree
Experience. 2-4 years’ work experience. Good knowledge of admission and student recruitment processes is a plus.
Language. Fluent English and Chinese are a must; a third Asian language a plus
Characteristic. Thoughtful and analytical; attentive to details; nimble to fast-paced environment; quick learner; can-do attitude: accountable; good writing skills
