Job Description

- Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with Merchandising Manager
- Forecasting profits and sales and optimizing the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas.
- Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges
- Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season, allocating certain amounts of stock to each outlet, throughout the season.
- Coordinating activities flows within internal teams/functions.
- Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
- Support execution of in-season activities which include repeat orders, markdowns & consolidation.
- Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise
- Maintaining awareness of competitors' performance
- Managing, training, and supervising junior staff
- Any others ad-hoc tasks or project as assigned.

Job Requirement

- Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail footwear industry
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure Bilingual, proactive and strong analytical skills.
- Meticulous and good communication skills
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills
