Job Description
1. Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketer to lead and drive our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our overall digital strategy, overseeing a range of marketing channels to achieve key business objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to achieve business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient budget allocation.
Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes, nurture leads, and improve campaign effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and generate actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior digital marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Job Requirement
Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, demonstrating a strong track record of success in developing and executing impactful digital strategies.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Expertise in using a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
