Job Description

Developing and Expanding Potential Clients:

Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct research on their recruitment needs.
Have extensive knowledge of the company's recruitment services and value propositions.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, while keeping existing customer connections, increasing the client base.

Contract and Proposal Management:

Draft and review contracts, negotiate terms with clients, and communicate these terms to partners.
Collaborate with the Consulting teams & Associate Director to ensure contracted services are delivered on time and as agreed.
Assist the Director in setting up meetings (online or offline) with clients after they agree to use our services.
Introduce the Account Manager to the client for continued recruitment support as directed by the Director.

Industry Research & Reporting

Monitor local and international recruitment industry trends to stay updated and provide strategic recommendations for the company.
Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
Become a subject matter expert on the company's recruitment services, processes, and operations, and stay updated on industry news.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales (at least 2 years experience)
English communication skills (Good)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for client
Skills: high-level communication skills, proven ability to negotiate, conflict resolution
