Job Description
Developing and Expanding Potential Clients:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct research on their recruitment needs.
- Have extensive knowledge of the company's recruitment services and value propositions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, while keeping existing customer connections, increasing the client base.
Contract and Proposal Management:
- Draft and review contracts, negotiate terms with clients, and communicate these terms to partners.
- Collaborate with the Consulting teams & Associate Director to ensure contracted services are delivered on time and as agreed.
- Assist the Director in setting up meetings (online or offline) with clients after they agree to use our services.
- Introduce the Account Manager to the client for continued recruitment support as directed by the Director.
Industry Research & Reporting
- Monitor local and international recruitment industry trends to stay updated and provide strategic recommendations for the company.
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs.
- Become a subject matter expert on the company's recruitment services, processes, and operations, and stay updated on industry news.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales (at least 2 years experience)
- English communication skills (Good)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for client
- Skills: high-level communication skills, proven ability to negotiate, conflict resolution
