Job Description

Network Development:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major international supermarkets, including Walmart, Costco, Aldi, Aeon, and other key players in the industry.
Leverage the network to explore new business opportunities and collaborations.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

Lead and execute M&A strategies to expand our market presence and capabilities.
Identify potential acquisition targets, negotiate deals, and oversee the integration process.

Cost Production Management:

Analyze and optimize the cost production process to ensure efficiency and competitiveness in the market.
Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality standards.

Profit and Loss (P&L) Oversight:

Take responsibility for the financial performance of the seafood division.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining cost control.

Market Analysis and Trends:

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Job Requirement

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the seafood industry with a focus on consulting.
Proven track record of successful network development with major international supermarkets.
Demonstrated expertise in M&A, with a history of successful acquisitions or mergers.
Strong understanding of Cost Production management and experience overseeing P&L.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
