Job Description

  • ERP Harmonization & Migration: Manage projects related to harmonizing and migrating existing ERP systems to the latest S/4 HANA platform.
  • Data Integration & Synchronization: Troubleshoot data replication issues and ensure data harmonization and synchronization between SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA/ECC systems.
  • Requirements Gathering & Design: Conduct discussions with users to gather requirements and propose design improvements, ensuring alignment between business needs and system functionalities.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Prepare detailed project plans, including migration risks, milestones, quality metrics, and business sign-off procedures.
  • Training & Support: Develop user guides, conduct end-user training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.
  • System Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot S/4 HANA related issues within HCM modules, including Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Overtime Management.
  • Security & Governance: Manage role-based security and governance within SuccessFactors.

Job Requirement

  • 5+ years of experience managing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) on ECC or S/4 HANA, along with experience integrating SuccessFactors with S/4 HANA/ECC.
  • Hands-on experience in migration, design, and configuration, with at least 3 full lifecycle S/4 HANA/ECC HCM implementations (Personnel & Organization Management, Singapore Payroll, Time & Attendance/Overtime Management).
  • Solid understanding of implementation strategies and integration approaches, including SAP Integration Suite.
  • Strong project management and delivery skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, identify issues, and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience in data analytics and/or visualization tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with S/4 HANA LSMW, ABAP, and PFCG.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors is also advantageous.
