Job Description
- Design and develop continuous manufacturing processes, including layout and equipment. This includes creating specifications, developing, implementing, and monitoring equipment within the manufacturing system.
- Modify and optimize existing equipment and processes.
- Standardize and document all production processes and quality specifications.
- Oversee processes and work to maintain optimal efficiency of the manufacturing process.
- Troubleshoot production problems related to quality and efficiency.
- Create Corrective and Preventive Action Reports to address internal and external complaints.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance department for planning and installation of new equipment.
- Continuously evaluate equipment and processes to ensure high efficiency and quality.
Job Requirement
Working Objective:
- Control and optimize the production process.
- Coordinate with all manufacturing-related departments (R&D, Proto & Mold, Production, Quality, Maintenance & Safety).
- Establish a full production process for new items (from drawing and raw material to finished product), including all critical parameters to ensure efficiency and quality.
Requirement Skill:
- Critical/logical thinking: ability to identify problems and assess solutions from multiple perspectives.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to work with people across the manufacturing process, manage people effectively, and communicate new ideas.
- Calm under pressure: ability to troubleshoot quickly and find effective solutions when manufacturing is delayed.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret data, diagrams, and reports.
- Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills: ability to solve problems in new ways and create new methods.
Background Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical background).
- Fluent in English.
