Job Description

Develop, implement, and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
Manage advertising budgets strategically to ensure optimal ROI for each campaign and overall marketing spend.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.
Leverage analytical tools and platforms to track key performance indicators, conduct audience research, and inform data-driven decisions.
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, particularly within the Meta Ads ecosystem.

Job Requirement

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Media Buyer, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Amazon Ads. You have a proven track record of managing and optimizing high-budget campaigns.
Experience working in a performance marketing agency is highly advantageous.
Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Expertise in campaign tracking, analytics tools, and audience targeting strategies.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed optimization decisions.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present complex campaign data and insights clearly and concisely.
A collaborative team player able to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development.
Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving platform algorithms and market trends.
