Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Deliver regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets strategically to ensure optimal ROI for each campaign and overall marketing spend.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Leverage analytical tools and platforms to track key performance indicators, conduct audience research, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, particularly within the Meta Ads ecosystem.
Job Requirement
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Media Buyer, with a strong focus on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Amazon Ads. You have a proven track record of managing and optimizing high-budget campaigns.
- Experience working in a performance marketing agency is highly advantageous.
- Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Expertise in campaign tracking, analytics tools, and audience targeting strategies.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed optimization decisions.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present complex campaign data and insights clearly and concisely.
- A collaborative team player able to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving platform algorithms and market trends.
