Responsibilities

• A qualified candidate will
• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Set, monitor, and report on team goals
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
• Identify creative partners or collaborations in APAC, with global connectivity
• Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams

Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, and user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets

Job Requirement

Qualifications

• Work experience in ML/ MM or similar roles (Having experience in fintech & blockchain is essential)
• Understanding of the web3 space and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience
• Passion for community building and a genuine desire to foster a positive and inclusive community.
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
• Demonstrable experience managing communities and a team of moderators and intern
• Organized and able to coordinate different projects
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent execution of marketing plan skills
• Resilient and maintains a positive attitude at all times
• Eye for detail and resolution to always deliver high-quality work
• Excellent interpersonal problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Can collaborate fluently in English with other teams and communities.
