Responsibilities

• A qualified candidate will
• Build a strong Leader network across 10 countries
• Drive user acquisition, new user growth, and business development activities
• Understand, define, and adjust the company's value proposition for both markets and Leaders, as well as ecosystem partners
• Network and grow our pipeline of contacts that fit inside the narrative
• Identify hidden gems that we can partner with to cover the full spectrum of pillars that will make up
• Establish business critical partnerships that will form the stack
• Take ownership of post-partnership execution and partner success
• Work with our existing partners and investors to grow our network
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across product, operations, and marketing to ensure we are working effectively with our partners

Job Requirement

Qualifications

• Work experience in business development or similar roles (Having experience in fintech & blockchain is essential)
• Understanding of the web3 space and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience
• Passion for business to building and a genuine desire to foster positive and inclusive partnerships.
• Familiarity with social media, databases, and professional networks
• Demonstrable experience managing a team of Ambassador and Intern
• Organized and able to coordinate different events
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm
• Resilient and maintains a positive attitude at all times
• Eye for detail and resolution to always deliver high-quality work
• Excellent interpersonal problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Can collaborate fluently in English with other teams and communities.
