Responsibilities:

A qualified candidate will:

• Assist the COO in operating the production team and growth team to achieve the company objectives and key results daily.
• Assist the COO in public relations, and events organized to connect with the right resources and connections for business goals.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
• Support the Executive with research, abstracts, and preparation of information for meetings, projects, presentations, and reports.
• Assist with the management of workflow and systems in the Executive’s office.
• Works closely with internal groups to constantly improve work performance, and makes sure tasks are completed on time with provided support.
• Learn and acquire the knowledge needed to be able to meet the expectations for accomplishing all assigned tasks.
• Handle the paperwork.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

• Work experience in operation or marketing (Must have experience in tech, fintech & blockchain)
• Familiarity with social media, SEO, and professional networks
• Knowledge of Marketing Tracking Systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and effectively communicate with the team and customers
• Experience in building community and management intern team
• Have a willingness to learn and apply new knowledge into practice.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Can collaborate fluently in English with other teams.
