Job Description

• Prepare all kind of letters to authorities e.g. for visa, work permit and apply for work permit of expat, renew work permit or return resignees’ work permit to DOLISA.
• Report to DOLISA periodically foreigner employees hiring.
• Prepare others report to government authorities upon request.
• Support others department copy of company legal documents.
• Monitor company seal using and issue company introduction letter for staff to local authorities upon request.
• Prepare authorization letter for Head of Clinic
• Prepare and submit for clinic licenses such as: Investment License; Clinic Practice License; Registration certificate of Clinic's location and branch office license in HCMC.
• Find the Occupational safety and sanitation training courses and inform the schedule to groups for joining
• Update to clinic management on new regulations application
• Extend radiation license/ safety radiation certificate for person in charge.
• Double check all business contracts before submitting to General Director for approval.
• Others task which be assigned from HR Manager and board of management upon request.
