Job Description

1.1- Familiar with labor and personnel policies and regulations

1.2- Establish and improve the company's human resources management system, Organizational structure.

1.3- In accordance with the annual work objectives of the General Office, the guidelines for the preparation of labor cost budget, education and training, recruitment budget.

1.4- Coordinate and guide the recruitment of employees, be responsible for the signing and management of labor contracts, and represent the company to solve labor disputes, disputes or labor litigation.

1.5- Responsible for handling the personnel to find and retire, retirement procedures and pension, provident fund transfer, audit, settlement, handling of employee work-related injuries

1.6- Be responsible for handling all kinds of company certificates, foreign import and export and annual inspection, enterprise information disclosure and other industrial and commercial matters, including all kinds of employment certificates for foreign employees.

1.7- Handling various types of administrative matters

1.8- Staff meeting preparation and logistical coordination arrangements, including procurement.

Job Requirement

2.1 Recruitment, employment and labor contract verification, personnel file management

2.1-Recruitment: (1) Post Recruitment Information (2) Screen CVs (3) Arrange Interviews, Talent Selection, Including 3 Rounds of Interviews, HR, Head of Employment, (4) Post-employment personnel training (5) handling head hunting handover work. Carry out all kinds of recruitment work: social recruitment, campus recruitment, head hunting recruitment.

2.3 Skilled use of OFFICE software,

2.4 Implement the annual work objectives of the General Office, and formulate the annual human resources plan.

2.5 Responsible for the management of the company's fixed assets, responsible for the maintenance of equipment, procurement of office supplies.

2.6 Attendance management, company daily reception, visitor registration

2.7 Language (Local Vietnamese who can speak, read and write Chinese fluently.)

2.8 Age- Above 27+ with bachelor or Master's degree. With 5-6 years of experience
