Job Description
- Quản lý và phát triển địa bàn, đạt mục tiêu doanh số và bao phủ địa bàn.
- Quản lý và đào tạo nhân viên.
- Lập kế hoạch bán hàng (tháng/quý/năm).
- Xây dựng và phát triển mối quan hệ khách hàng.
- Quản lý nhân sự (Trình dược viên/Cộng tác viên), bao gồm tuyển dụng, đào tạo, hướng dẫn.
- Đôn đốc nhân viên thực hiện chỉ tiêu bán hàng và cơ cấu sản phẩm.
Job Requirement
- Nam dưới 40 tuổi / Nữ dưới 35 tuổi.
- Trình độ: Đại học Dược, Y.
- Kinh nghiệm: Từ 5 năm trở lên trong lĩnh vực Dược phẩm, Thực phẩm chức năng.
