Job Description
- Lead/ Manage the Change Management Process including RDW/ECR/ECO review and routing through S4 Hana.
- S4 Hana DMS management activities as required
- Review Change and release implementations performed by the BOM and Data Management Team.
- Lead the CCB and Pre-CCB meeting as required:
+ Review and approvals of RDW/ECR/ECO
+ Tracking and management of any actions required
+ Tracking and management of ECO implementations
+ Tracking and management of ECO closure.
+ Timely reporting the ECO implementation status
- CMP Management and enforcement
- Assist with and manage Product Transitions as required
- Assist Bom and Data Management team as required
- Duties as deemed necessary by the Change and Release Management Team Leader
Job Requirement
- Good in English.
- 3 years in electronic field, familiar with SMT, Assembly, testing...
- Understand PCBA, box build test process. Can read schematic, diagram, drawing, and BOM.
- Familiar with the transfer process from the R&D to factory on the testing and electronic analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electric, automation Engineering…
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Communicates accurately, clearly, and directly in both verbal and written form both internally and externally.
- Understanding of product / process development, verification and validation techniques and tools.
- Practical knowledge of change management process, SAP system.
- 5S / Lean / Organized mind set.
- Office Skill: Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Project.
- Active and Aggressive are preferred.
