Job Description
- Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner
- Identifying customer needs
- Researching customer problems
- Providing the right solutions to customers
- Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database
- Meeting targets in terms of quality conversations
- Report to the team manager
Job Requirement
- Speaks fluently in Tagalog language (Tagalog is a Northern Philippine language as a first language by the ethnic Tagalog people, who make up a quarter of the population of the Philippines.)
- OK in English for communication
- Fresh or college graduated
- Nice voice
- Willing to be posted in Yogyakarta Indonesia
