Job Description
- Receives, processes, and verifies the accuracy of customer orders.
- Initiates actions for customer service requests (order changes, maintaining order/customer information, communicating changes).
- Reports KPI results (weekly, monthly, yearly).
- Resolves order-related issues via communication with branch/regional offices.
- Provides order visibility to the planning department to facilitate production.
- Communicates with the planning team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Multitasks effectively while handling customer requests via phone and in-person meetings.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs.
- Builds relationships with customers to gather information for improvement.
- Balances customer satisfaction with company interests.
- Manages and follows up on receivables.
- Manages customer feedback and claims.
- Visits customers (local and overseas).
- Facilitates competitive information gathering to monitor business trends.
- Collaborates with other branch/regional offices to resolve problems and enhance customer service.
- Answers customer inquiries and attends customer service meetings.
- Provides weekly activity/statistical summary reports to managers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Professional image and presentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong conference call skills.
- Ability to build cooperative working relationships.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize work.
- Systematic problem-solving methodology.
- Ability to take instruction, offer advice, and coordinate work.
