Job Description
- Implement and oversee social compliance programs at manufacturing facilities.
- Ensure that factories fully comply with labor, environmental, and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reporting on the social compliance status of factories.
- Assist factories in addressing non-compliance issues and implementing corrective action plans.
- Participate in training and awareness programs for factory employees on social compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (suppliers, partners, etc.) to ensure consistent adherence to social compliance policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to social compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of social compliance strategies and initiatives.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), English is plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on social compliance or a related area.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to factory locations as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
