Job Description
1. Chịu trách nhiệm giới thiệu hệ thống đào tạo, quy trình, khóa học của tập đoàn;
2. Chịu trách nhiệm điều phối, quản lý đội ngũ đào tạo để thực hiện công tác đào tạo;
3. Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý dự án đào tạo cấp công ty;
4. Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và bồi dưỡng đội ngũ giảng viên nội bộ của công ty
Job Requirement
1. Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, quốc tịch Trung hoặc Việt, thành thạo Tiếng Trung;
2. Có từ 5 năm trở lên kinh nghiệm đào tạo ở công ty có quy mô trên 5.000 người, kinh nghiệm quản lý từ 2 năm trở lên;
3. Kỹ năng giao tiếp và điều phối tốt, thành thạo tin học văn phòng, PPT hoặc Keynote.
