Job Description

• Lead projects and receive briefs from clients: handle both internal and external briefs, lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team, and develop campaign ideas.
• Develop and lead the team’s projects under the guidance of the Line Manager.
• Build big ideas and core creative concepts for both external and internal bookings.
• Take full ownership of the proposal creation and pitching process, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
• Elevate the overall creative quality and output delivered to clients.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience or case studies in developing big ideas, communication concepts, or creative projects.
• Strong artistic and visual thinking with a sharp creative instinct.
• Experience in writing proposals, developing artwork ideas, and pitching creative campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration skills across internal and external teams.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills with the ability to defend ideas convincingly.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Able to thrive under high-pressure working environments.
• Passionate about creativity and driven to grow into higher leadership roles.
