Job Description

Brand Promotion:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, print, and online platforms.
  • Monitor product lifecycles and recommend strategies for product improvement or discontinuation.

Retailer Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
  • Provide training and support to retailers to ensure a deep understanding of the brand and its products.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify areas for growth.
  • Generate regular reports on brand performance and provide insights for strategic decision- making.

Event Management:

  • Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase the brand.
  • Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships to maximize brand exposure.

Brand Collateral:

  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.

Merchandising:

  • Plan and execute effective in-store merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are adequately displayed.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations and materials.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to sales representatives regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.

Principal Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and principal brands.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications to align strategies and goals.
  • Ensure the implementation of principal brand guidelines and standards.

Negotiation and Agreement: (Support)

  • Collaborate with principals to negotiate terms, agreements, and contractual obligations.
  • Work closely with legal and procurement teams to finalize and formalize agreements.

Feedback and Reporting:

  • Provide regular feedback to principals on market performance, customer feedback, and sales trends.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for principal brands, showcasing the impact of marketing and promotional activities.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management in the personal care/Cosmetics industry
  • At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the same position
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry and current market trends.
