Job Description

In charge of the Accounting section of the company's new projects;
Supervise daily operation of Accountant department;
Review and process accounting data related to economic activities arising during the period of the enterprise;
Control costs, revenue, VAT, depreciation, debt, fixed assets, intangible assets,... and tax reporting, tax finalization;
Manage documents and books in accordance with legal regulations;
Check accounts, accounting for arising operations, balance between books and documents;
Monitor and manage debt, helping managers understand the business's profit and loss situation and capital appropriation from customers.
Provide data to the board of directors or competent authorities upon request, explain data to tax authorities, auditors, and inspectors when data are unclear;
It is proposed for businesses to set up provisions or handle bad debts of the company;

Prepare financial reports quarterly, according to the accounting year and detailed financial reports with explanations and presentations;
Prepare financial reports and internal management reports
Monitor daily operating costs of restaurants/stores in the F&B chain
Analyze costs and propose cost-saving measures without reducing service quality
Participate in the long-term financial planning process and financial strategy of the company
Propose financial strategies based on data analysis and F&B market trends
Support and monitor the implementation and use of accounting software systems, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance
Review tax risks and propose measures to minimize tax risks;
Confidently work with tax authorities, finalize and refund taxes;
Manage, arrange and allocate the workload for team members;
Perform accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements;
Accountable for daily/ weekly/ monthly sending reports accurately and timely;
Other tasks related to accounting at the request by the BOD.

Job Requirement

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent; and minimum 5 years of experience;
Good command of English;
Experience in F&B industry is a plus;
Highly analytical and detail oriented;
Good communication, management, and computer skills;
Ability to comfortably work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
