Job Description

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop a master training plan & budget yearly/quarterly/monthly to reskills & and upskill the workforce by collaborating with all Heads of Department/Stakeholders to meet Business needs in short-term and long- term goals.
  • Ensure to implementation of the master training plan.
  • Develop, design training materials/contents/tools and deliver training programs both offline & online training methods;
  • Develop a Learning management system, adopt digital to develop an E-learning system.
  • Build an Internal Trainer team and shortlist qualified contractual Trainers to conduct the designed master training plan.
  • Succession plan for Management
  • Assist the HR Director in analyzing and developing a Career roadmap for the workforce, especially Sales Frontline and direct Production.
  • Support the Talent Acquisitions Team to cooperate with Universities and run the Internship programs, Management Trainees programs, etc.
  • Tracking after-training assessments and proposing the action plan.

Job Requirement

  • University Graduate
  • Preferred BA in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics/Finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Training, Soft Skills Training or Corporate Training.
  • Work Experience in Sales Capability /Sales Training function for at least 2 years is preferred.
  • Understanding the E-learning system is preferred
  • Skills related to content development
  • Excellent at inspirational communication/ influencing skills
  • Excellent Presentation & Facilitation training skills
  • Ability to align & motivate team
  • Good at training/coaching skills
