Job Description

Inventory Costing
• Coordinate with warehouse and production personnel to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Manage inventory records and ensure accuracy of inventory level.
• Collecting and analyzing data about a company’s operational costs. Maintain and update inventory control systems.
• Setting standard costs of manufactured goods for new material.
Month End Reporting
• Review monthly inventory reconciliation and analysis.
• Perform monthly GC forecast and analysis actual GC vs Forecast.
• Perform monthly GL wise and Cost center analysis and actual cost Vs budget.
• Closely working with accounting team for Month end closing process
• Perform Purchase order reconciliation and Sale order reconciliation and Tracking pending Purchase order and Pending Sale order.
Budgeting/ Forecasting
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and business plans.
• Manage and control direct costs and overhead costs in line with the budget.
• Identify, recommend, and implement measures to improve efficiency and processing costs.
Year End Audit
• Closely working with accounting team to prepare reports and schedules to assist external auditors with tax fillings and annual financial statement certifications.
Team Management and Resource Management:
• Delegate responsibilities establish development measures and appraise the overall performance of the team. Coach direct reports and develop succession planning for the function.
• Allocate resources and responsibilities across team to deliver business results and develop team members. Ensure resource strategy is flexible enough to respond to demand variations.

Job Requirement

•  Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role

•  Proficiency in SAP (preferred)
•  English communication skills
