Job Description

Working with Sales to confirm sales order delivery time and update the changing timely.
Prepare sales order documents (shipping document, certificate…) for the Sales in the required projects.
Coordinating sale order delivery at the project site directly.
Working with forwarder to manage and control logistics; building relationships with partners, ensuring to have alternative suppliers.
Preparing Customs and Inspection documents for import shipments.
Updating new regulations regarding customs and inspection.
Posting Purchase Order on ERP system, assigning Lot no for material on Purchase Order. Managing inventory on the ERP system by location, Bin, Lot…
Preparing packing list and Inspection Sample List for warehouse.
Supervising Marketing products and crosschecking Physical Warehouse status as required.
Interacting with relevant departments (Sales, Accounting, Warehouse) to ensure effectiveness.
Other related Tasks as required by the direct manager.

Job Requirement

Minimum 2 years of equivalent experience, preferably in the field of documentation and field work at FWD companies.
High Accuracy level in working with Data.
Good Computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Very Good in Communication skill.
Good in both verbal and written English.
Positive and selfmotivated, high sense of responsibility.
