Job Description

Execute the following assigned tasks via obtaining the cooperation of others. Other roles & responsibilities may
be assigned additionally:
1. Develop platform, functions, data, menus and contents of Nutrition and Health Projects

• Cooperate with other PR members of Scientific Affairs Section, Internal Communication & Plant tour Section, Sales, Marketing & Development (SMD) Division and other related Sections/Departments and related authorities, organizations, partners, agencies, vendors to make detailed plan and proceed development of platforms, functions, data, menus and contents of Nutrition and Health Projects (hereinafter referred to as Projects);
• Build and maintain good relationships with related authorities, organization, partners, agencies, vendors for supporting Projects;
• Follow up Project’s planning and development progress, manage budget, timeline and coordinate among cross teams and partners during the process;
• Weekly/Monthly/yearly report Projects’s progress to superiors.

2. Deploy and communicate Projects to Authorities, organizations, community, general consumers and employees

• Coordinate closely with Scientific Affairs Section, Internal Communication & Plant tour Section, SMD Division to make deployment & communication plan and execute the plan;
• Develop contents and execute content delivery on communication channels of Projects and on owned media channels such as Facebook fanpage, Zalo Official Account, Youtube channel, etc;
• Organize conferences, workshop, direct and online training to communicate Projects to both internal and external stakeholders;
• Maintain good relationships with related Authorities, organizations and beneficiaries in order to support communication and business activities of Company;

3. Other roles and responsibilities

• Support other PR activities such as cooking class activities, plant tour activities, Scentific affairs activities, internal communication activities combined with communication about Projects to related subjects;
• Support other communication activities in cooperation with SMD Division such as Mon Ngon Moi Ngay program, new product launch, etc.
• Support activities of other teams, Sections or Departments assigned by Managers (if any).

Job Requirement

• Specialized knowledge in the fields of biology, food, and basic knowledge in the nutrition, medical & cooking field.
