Job Description

Purpose of Establishment

  • Implement the “Product Security” policy promulgated by company, maintain brand reputation and ensure the company’s profits.
  • Take necessary action such as build up team, assign mission, project plan, internal audit or etc... to execute “product security” tasks in responsible area, to avoid product information leak or lost products.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for all “Product Security” related audit work, writing audit investigation reports and making recommendation, or report directly to the manager.
  • Based on characteristics and uniqueness of the working location, check Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) of the use of electronic security system, security guard cooperation operation, product security awareness training, door access control, photo prohibition and etc... SOP will execute after approval of Factory Director of HQ Product Security Department.
  • Maintain awareness of current “product security” issues and update management of risks and threats that may impact the company’s business.
  • Make necessary proposal and plan of “product security” work budget and resources and report to factory director.
  • Make “product security” relevant incident analysis and investigation and submit report and proposal to factory director and HQ product security department.
  • Establish and execute “product security” training plan. And training contents need to be including requirement of skill.
  • Based on Company instruction and characteristics of responsible working area, add or modify “product security” relevant regulation.
  • Create “Product Security” Operation Database

Job Requirement

Academic Background

  • University Bachelor’s Degree (Or higher)

Working Experience Requirement

  • 5 years of “Product Security” working experience in the manufacturing industry (Better in shoe or handbag manufacturer). 8 year of working experience in shoe or handbag manufacturer, and well understand product safety concepts and familiarity with all shoe or handbag factory operation.

Language Skills

  • Veitnamese / English
  • Vietnamese / Chinese

Able to write report and e-mail
Able to communicate or announce in front of teams.

Communication Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively in organization and with all personnel, both internal and external to the facility

Problem Solving Skills:

  • Ability to solve problem standardly and apply professional execution in written, oral or diagrammatic form to provide the solution.

Proficient High Computer Skills
Strong personality and able accept high working pressure.
