Job Description

1. Research Analysis

Conduct demographic / competitor / market / product research and analyze report of active members, new players, player attrition rate, promotion conversion, retention rate, product profitability to produce visual report and market research to be presented with relevant department

2. Marketing

Write and provide feature / game launch collateral, design promotion for player conversion and retention to produce high quality and informative collateral, engaging player experience & promotion.

3.Project

Understand initiatives, gather requirements, think for solution, write BSDs, coordinate testing and ensure product functionality and acceptance to launch.

4.Support

Answer all inquiries, complete necessary task related to products regardless of channel to address concerns and provide support within SLA.

5.Training

Prepare and update training material, arrange, conduct trainings and tests to train staff up to competence level required.

6.Risk

Complete necessary fraud checking related to products regardless of channel, suggest and improve any checking procedures and tools to reduce product financial losses while complete investigation within SLA.

Job Requirement

College / University Degree in any field.
Excellent English communication skills (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
Experience in product research and training.
With articulate, organized and proactive with proven success working under tight deadlines.
Good logical thinking and project execution.
Strong marketing or product handling background in gaming industry
