Job Description
- International travel is required for training initially for a few months.
- Assist company setup operations in Vietnam. Company registration (all steps necessary to establish a company):
+ Location should be conveniently located to existing supply chains.
+ Location should be conveniently located next to ocean freight ports.
+ Location should provide adequate labour for manufacturing facility.
+ Source necessary material and/or components and processes (e-coating, plating, etc.) from sub-suppliers.
- Location of chosen candidate can be taken into consideration for the location of new company
- Manage all operations and supervise all departments of shop, such as:
+ Quality control and analysis
+ Cost Analysis and Control
+ Shipping and receiving
+ Import/Export and country of origin.
+ Business relations with local contacts
+ Etc.
+ Import / export processing of product
Job Requirement
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience with a machine shop (hands-on experience is a plus).
- Experience with managing 10-15 people.
- Manufacturing production planning experience required.
- Knowledge of metal working – e.g., stamping, tooling, machining, welding
- Knowledge of quality control systems – e.g., ISO 9001 latest version,
- Fluent English is required.
- Fluent Mandarin required.
- Fluent Vietnamese required.
