Job Description

Being responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns
Active input in brainstorms for new promotions and strategies
Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies for multiple brands
Planning posts on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
Managing and analysing campaigns on social media
Writing and proofreading creative copy
Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimise accordingly
Setting up and managing Email flows and automation
Coordinating and planning of newsletters
Work with KPIs, monitor budgets and allocate funds wisely

Job Requirement

Being able to individually lead the marketing division while maintaining good teamwork skills with the other departments
At least 2 years experience in a leadership position
Experience with advertising and digital marketing
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Fast learner and quick thinker with strong analytical skills
Critical thinker with eye for detail
Good organisation and planning skills
Outgoing personality and great social skills
Technical ability to work with online management tools
Sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
