Job Description

Receive customer inquiries, provide sales advice, and ensure pre and post-sales customer care.
Provide technical advice related to products, production processes, and product formula development.
Directly responsible for the sales process, including contracts, quotations, orders, delivery, and after-sales care.
Target customers include F&B chains such as Golden Gate, QSR, Pizza Hut, with a focus on establishing buyer relationships

Job Requirement

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. (Must have)
Preference given to candidates with a background in food technology (education or experience in QA or R&D)
