Job Description

Định khoản tất cả các bút toán vào hệ thống: theo dõi các khoản phải trả, phải thu.

Accounting all transaction entry /Accounts Payable aging /Accounts Receivable aging report

Kê khai quyết toán thuế hằng tháng, hằng năm (Thuế TNDN, TNCN)

Declare and finalization each month/ each year (Business tax, PIT

Cost Analysis

Hỗ trợ lập ngân sách, điều chỉnh ngân sách

Budget Plan supporting (including revised budget)

Lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát được dòng tiền

Planning and controlling the preparation of cash flow

Kiểm tra và lập phiếu thu chi các khoản thực tế phát sinh tại doanh nghiệp

Check and prepare receipts and payments for actual expenses incurred

Tính thưởng doanh số cho nhân viên kinh doanh

Calculate sales volume and perform incentive payments for each sales representative.

Theo dõi công nợ khách hàng và nhà cung cấp

Record the debt of each customer and supplier

Job Requirement

Bằng cử nhân kế toán

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm Arito

Experience working in Arito system.

Có kinh nghiệm trong việc trong việc xử lý công nợ

Experienced in verifying the accuracy of various debt setting documents.

Có kiến thức về kế toán

Knowledge of accounting
