Job Description

Understand all the different group sales segments within the hotel industry.
Sell guest rooms, event space, and Food & Beverage.
Participate in daily business review meetings, pre-convention meetings, leadership meetings, training and other sales-related meetings, sales blitz.
Work closely with the Director of Sales, sales, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client expectations.
Develop business strategies by analyzing historical, current and future hotel and market trends, implementing marketing initiatives to capture new accounts and meet sales goals.

Job Requirement

Bachelor in Business Management / Marketing and have at least 1 year work experience OR currently an undergraduate student OR be a career professional of 5 or more yrs in related field.
Applicants must speak advanced English.
Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient with Google Analytics and other analysis tools, as well as Excel.
Strong social media skills and comprehension of SEO is a must.
