Job Description

Raise SO & PO on SAP (this will be trained)
Maintain and update client list file and client contract/annex. (inform sales team as it is going to expire)
Work with distributor for creating code for new client/special order. (ZPV site)
Manage company’s materials office supply.
Operational supports
Delivering documentation and materials for team when needed, support for the organization of events/ activities.
Answering phone calls
Order office supply/ stationery/ office pantry/water..........
Arrange travel arrangement (hotel and ticket booking)
Maintain supplier contact list (water supply, telephone company, IT.........)
Support managers to prepare the slides of the presentation for the meeting if any
Other assignment from managers.

Job Requirement

At least 2 years of experience in the same position
Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
English: Communication and Writing
