Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Promoting the company's brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Collect, investigate, and summarize market data and trends for report.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet the human resource goals for sales and marketing.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Stay updated through educational opportunities, conferences, and exhibitions, read publications, and maintain personal and professional networks.

Report:

• Make report daily, monthly, quarterly to BOD on progress of work
• Report on information of market relevant to the business under responsibility
• Report on plan to execute assigned tasks

Working location: Ho Chi Minh

Working time and Policy:

• Working time compliant with the Group's general regulations.
• Annual leave compliant with the Labor Law.
• Other policies are specified in the Labor Agreement, Welfare Policy and other agreements.

Job Requirement

1. Age:  30 years old or older

2. Degree: Bachelor or higher

3. Major: Mechanical Automation, Mechanical Engineering is prior, or Marketing, Finance, Business Administration

4. Experience: 7 years experience or above, at least 3 years in the same level (Manager)

5. Skill:

• Fluent in English (compulsory).
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Having knowledge or experience in the field of Engineering (Mechanical Automation, Mechanical Engineering), or related fields is an advantage.
• Human resourece management and development skill
• Can work well individually as well as in group
• Analyze and manage expense, supplier and product

• Organization and creative skill
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skill
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
