Job Description
- Facilitate the implementation and management of global, country, and branch projects.
- Enhance operational governance across the region, country, and branch levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with global and local teams to promote cooperation.
- Develop strategic operational risk plans for the branch.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management.
- Manage operational risks through quantitative analysis, control assessments, and internal procedures.
- Provide audit support and manage audit findings.
- Coordinate and monitor branch targets and report progress.
- Participate in branch evaluations and award programs.
- Provide ad-hoc support for branch procedures, special projects, and risk analysis.
- Conduct training to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Develop resource plans for future operations.
- Manage user ID administration and conduct periodic self-checks.
- Promote RPA (Robotic Process Automation) within the branch.
- Conduct internal inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Hard Skills:
- University degree in Economics, Banking, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or Auditing.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
- Solid background and experience in banking operations, operational risk management, statistics, and strategic planning.
- Experience in project execution, coordination, and management.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Project management skills.
- People management and coaching skills.
