Job Description

Sale Tasks

• Communicate with buyers to get their requirements for sample development, material proposals, production time and general requirements.
• Handle to make development samples such as: Proto, Salesman, Fit samples.
• Purchasing material and arrange shipment 
• Sourcing fabric and accessories suppliers overseas and local. Work with them to develop new items as per buyers'

 Production Task

• Summary and send Tech pack to related departments
• Arrange sample making and delivery plan
• Follow up and prepare Materials balance sheet and shipment report
• Go to the factory occasionally to random check quality material issues
• Make Production plan and follow the progress with subcontractors (printing/embroidery/washing/padding)
• Follow closely production progress at factory according to the plan
• Coordinate with the Sales team, QC, sample room to solve all problems arising in production.
• Make and send delivery guide & material finalization

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Economics, foreign language, garment.
• Having at least 2 years working experience at the same position
• Good command of written and spoken in English, good computer knowledge
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible, decisive working style and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible capacity for workload, could work under pressure
