Job Description
- To carry out tasks and duties assigned by Marketing Manager, work closely with Club operation to ensure all plans were carried out in proper order.
- To resolve guests’ complain in proper manner.
- To assist overall Club operation regarding to guests complain.
- To act as “team leader/player” on case by case basis whenever there is special events or activities, ensure all duties and tasks are being handle properly.
- To entertain and maintain good relationship with players.
- To be readily work on ad-hoc basis and extra hours as and when needed.
- To focus on players’ development and to increase players headcount in the club.
- Efficiently and effectively handling players complain at all times.
Working location: Đà Nẵng: Novotel Danang Premier Han River, 36 – 38 Bach Dang St, Hải Châu, Hải Châu
Working time: Work on shift | 8 hours a day/48 hours per week | Extra working hours as and when required by the Management
