Overview

• The Marketing Communications Executive will be responsible for regular and thematic promotional campaigns of Merame Restaurant and Lithium Rooftop Bar, located at the ION Mobility Experience Centre.
• You will be the initiator for promotional strategies, execute & drive the activities, as well as coordinate with various departments involved to ensure the campaigns are all aligned & well-executed.

Responsibilities:

• Propose promotional strategies and campaigns for management
• Coordinate with restaurant & bar operations, social media & creative team, purchasing, IT support, etc. to ensure all technical/administrational staff are ready and promotional activities are running smoothly
• Engage with potential B2B partnerships (e.g banks, local communities, offices, residentials, universities, etc.) to create special promo packages
• Track the ROI of the campaigns and handle monthly reporting

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communications, advertising or related studies
• At least 3 years experience in F&B, lifestyle brands, or retail marketing communications
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skill
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Culinary and night lifestyle enthusiast is preferred
