Job Description
Investment Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential investment and M&A targets.
- Evaluate the feasibility of investment opportunities, including market research, sector analysis, financial modeling, business plan review, investment analysis, and deal structuring.
Investment Recommendations & Presentations:
- Prepare comprehensive investment memos to present to the Investment Committee, outlining potential opportunities and supporting rationale.
M&A Transaction Execution:
- Actively participate in all stages of M&A transactions, from deal sourcing and due diligence to term sheet drafting, valuation, SPA (Share Purchase Agreement) negotiation, and closing.
Project Support:
- Provide support and contribute to various ad hoc projects as needed.
Job Requirement
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. CFA Level 1 or Level 2 is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A transactions.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain accurate reports and records.
- Proactive, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
