Job Description
- Employee Engagement & Benefits: Execute employee engagement activities and contribute to employee benefits execution within the Hanoi office.
- HR Focal Point & Compliance: Act as the HR liaison for Hanoi, working with local regulators (State Bank of Vietnam, tax, and social insurance authorities) and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Manage employee documents and records.
- Employee Support & Guidance: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, processes, and provide necessary guidance.
- Policy Implementation: Implement new HR practices, procedures, programs, and policies efficiently.
- Employee Experience: Identify opportunities to improve employee experience by conducting focus groups and exit interviews.
- Onboarding & Retention: Ensure smooth employee onboarding and integration into teams, promoting employee engagement and retention.
- HR Policy Guidance: Advise managers and employees on HR policies and processes (hiring, termination, performance management, rewards).
- HR Business Partnering: Support the HRBP by developing and maintaining the organizational structure and job positions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Project Management: Undertake other projects as assigned by the direct line manager.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in the banking industry being preferred.
- Thorough understanding of HR legislation, policies, and processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; adaptable and open to change.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
