Job Description

Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit with the organization.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.

Talent Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.

HR Administration:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Chinese Language Proficiency:

Communicate effectively in Chinese with candidates, partners, and internal teams.
Translate documents and communications as required.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
