Job Description
- Responsible for sales targets on e-commerce channels.
- Develop and maintain cooperation on e-commerce exchanges and with online partners.
- Build and implement sales programs on e-commerce exchanges.
- Implement activities to optimize sales effectiveness (prices, information, product images, etc.) on e-commerce channels.
- Coordinate with partners and related departments (marketing, accounting, transportation, warehousing, etc.) to ensure service quality and business efficiency.
- Consult and support customers through online channels to ensure sales effectiveness and customer service quality.
- Learn about the market and relevant information (competitors, customer tastes and consumption trends).
- Provide consultations and support to customers via online channels.
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in online marketing (preferably in brand or e-commerce agencies).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and the e-commerce market.
- Passion for marketing and e-commerce, particularly in the Electronics category.
