Job Description

Supporting the Project Manager and management team to negotiate and finalize the contracts with Clients, Subcontractors and Vendors.
Monitoring the projects execution to fully comply with terms and conditions of the contracts.
Overseeing any changes, variations against the contracts and projects’s baseline and raise the VOs in due time.
Ensuring all contractual documents are issued, received, and archived timely, professionally, and lawfully.
Ensuring all contracts are negotiated, finalized, and implemented in compliance with applicable laws and codes & ethics.

Job Requirement

Proficient in legal English and contractual language
Having construction/engineering background at bachelor’s degree or above
Understanding and able to apply laws of Vietnam related to bidding, construction, etc…
The candidates must have at least 12 years- experience working for similar projects with the same position.
HSE compliance and communication skills are required.
Inter-disciplines interface and corporation, teamwork… are also needed. Project management understanding is up to the position’s level.
