Job Description
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management;
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
• Nurture a positive working environment;
• Support procedures for in-out staffs: Labor contracts, training bond, confidential agreement labor contract termination
Job Requirement
• University or College degree;
• At least 1 year of experience in Administrative Executive or Assistant position;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (speaking/listening/writing/reading);
• Good-looking appearance is a plus;
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Experience in simple accounting/ basic bookkeeping (IN/OUT);
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
• Good skills in MS Office / Excel.
