Job Description
- Possess knowledge and experience in IT/Consumer/FMCG industries, including managing omni-channels (partners/resellers, distributors, retailers, online platforms, system integrators, corporates, and institutions).
- Maintain a good network of customers in retail, distribution, logistics, and corporate sectors.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies/plans to meet sales KPIs using digital and traditional tools/platforms.
- Strategize, plan, budget, and achieve sales and marketing KPI deliverables.
- Build, manage, and lead a strong sales and marketing team.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience in E-commerce/Sales within the high-technology product segment (including digital and social platforms).
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C markets.
- Self-starter, able to work independently, with strong project management skills.
- Effective at working within budget and ensuring sales targets are met.
- High energy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills with a positive disposition.
- Strong leadership skills, demonstrated through leading by example.
- Ability to travel at short notice.
