Job Description

Responsible for establishing relevant systems during factory preparation (e.g., attendance management, personnel management, file management, training management, salary management, administrative office supplies management).
Responsible for factory employee recruitment, attendance statistics, payroll accounting, employee onboarding and offboarding, contract signing, and social insurance.
Oversees factory employee training.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Administration and Management.
Fluent in Chinese.
More than 8 years of experience in a similar role within a medium-sized company (400-500 employees) in Vietnam.
Familiar with local Vietnamese laws, regulations, and government relations.
Proficient in computer office software and financial software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
