Job Description

Responsible for maintaining and oversees all financial & Human Resources related matters (statutory reporting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecast, cash flow management, taxation, payroll, and statutory payment)
Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls and strategies that are consistent with the Company’s directions and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
Ensure the financial reporting are compliance with local and international statutory requirements and financial reporting standards, including standard operations policies and procedures.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statement and management reports.
Responsible for preparation and filing of all regulatory reporting and tax returns obligations.
Manage external relationship with bankers, auditors, tax agent, Co. Secretary, legal professional and other relevant external contact.
Oversee the legal and secretarial functions to ensure compliance.
Performs and assists in any ad-hoc duty assigned.

Job Requirement

Candidates must possess at least a Professional qualification, degree holder in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 8 – 10 years working experience in trading and distribution environment, preferably with prior knowledge in dealing with implementation of newly set up Company.
Knowledge of JD Edwards ERP system is an advantage.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Meticulous, analytical, and highly independent and able to perform under pressure.
A team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
